Our property tour is tailored to your needs and expectations. We take on the nitty-gritty allowing you to make a measured and well-informed decision in an otherwise hectic market. Our service is structured and systematic, and our consultants safeguard your interests at every step of the way.

Identifying Your Needs
We offer consultations in either London or Moscow, making location no object in establishing what you want from a property. If you are unfamiliar with the UK market or with the country as a whole, our Property Tour is designed to:

• Allow you to judge for yourself the difference between life in London and its surrounding areas.
• Introduce you to the main types of property available in the UK.
• Give you an understanding of the different regions of London in terms of their setting and prestige.
• Familiarise you with the value of certain types of property and help you work out an approximate budget.
• Give you information about the process of buying in the UK.

At the end of the Tour you will be in a better position to decide what type of property you wish to purchase.

Fulfilling your Requirements
If you already have a good idea as to what type of property you would like, our consultants prepare your Tour to your specific requirements. We personally visit each location before your arrival and hand-pick the best, typically one out of every six. Preparations are extensive and take one to two weeks, during which time we will liaise constantly with you to address queries and ensure our search exactly matches your expectations.

At the end of the Tour there are a number of options available to you:

• Choose a property and begin the buying process.
• Investigate a property further and make an offer to the seller.
• Re-evaluate your search criteria in light of the information gained during the Tour.

There is no commitment to make a decision after the Property Tour, but in our experience many of our clients find their ideal home at this stage.

Working with us
Our consultants will work out a viewing timetable and together with our chauffeur will collect you each morning and escort you to the properties. The cost of the tour is £2000, included in which is the preparatory stage and any chauffeur and taxi fees.

If you decide to make an offer on a property, the cost of the tour will be deducted from our standard commission fee of 2% of the purchase price of the property.

Continuing the Search
We work to your schedule and requirements. If after the Tour you wish to continue searching, then we recommend an interval of at least one week to ensure fresh properties have come on to the market. If you wish to postpone your search, then we will hold on to your details for six months and keep you updated as to the best properties for you. All you have to do is let us know when you are next in the UK and we will prepare another Tour.

Making an Offer
When you see that special place we will advise you on making an offer. You will likely be competing with other buyers so it is important to bid high enough to seal the deal – but without overpaying. Our consultants work in your interests and will ensure you pay the lowest price to secure the property.
