We aim for a smooth transfer of ownership from the seller to you. The legal aspects of buying a home in the UK can be complicated, but our consultants have the professional expertise to act in your best interests.
We will co-ordinate all parties in the buying process to ensure a prompt and hassle-free sale. All you have to do is assign a property solicitor to represent you throughout the purchase. Next time you come to the UK, we will hand you the keys to your house.
We have solid relations with experienced property solicitors who offer an excellent service at competitive rates, and can recommend one to you. If you prefer to use your own legal team, we will be happy to work with them.
During the buying process, our consultants will liaise with the property solicitor to ensure the following stages proceed smoothly and efficiently:
- The solicitor carries out the necessary ‘searches’. These check ownership details, potential future developments, rights of way, boundaries, conservation or listed building status, and any other details that might affect the property.
- The solicitor orders a survey of the property to ensure it is structurally and environmentally sound.
- At your request, our consultants will prepare a summary of the survey in Russian.
- Once the searches are complete and all parties are satisfied with its findings, the solicitor draws up a contract agreeing the terms of the sale and a completion date for you to move in.
- The buyer transfers a 10% deposit to the seller, at which point contracts are exchanged.
- On the completion date the remaining 90% of the sale price is transferred to the seller. Any administrative and legal fees are also paid.
- The house is registered in the buyer’s name with the local municipal council.
 | Our GoalWe understand the complex UK housing market and our structured service brings simplicity and security to your home-buying experience. We want to ensure you maximise your time while avoiding any potentially costly mistakes. |
